7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Tvlio plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp with your order or activation ID. We will process your refund within 1–2 business days.

What Is Covered

• All subscription plans (Standard and Premium 4K)
• All plan durations (3, 6, 12 and 24 months)
• All payment methods (card, crypto and bank transfer)

What Is Not Covered

Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed via the original payment method when possible. For bank transfers, we will arrange an alternative refund method. You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
